> My 3 daughters and myself have used them for 4 years now and we have always had great service and advice.  This past year one of my daughters moved to Texas and called back to ask a quick question as she was stranded.  Paul stopped what he was doing and helped her to find a dealer and call them for her.  What an awesome help when you weren't even expecting anything but your question to be answered.  They always go one step beyond and it's nice going somewhere they'll tell you the good, bad and ugly of it all.  Fair prices and wonderful service.

> These people obviously do not know their prices from a hole in the wall.  I called to get a clutch replacement quote and they said $700, I called a Toyota Specialist place a few miles away they quouted $450 plus tax. Now I know cars very well, I just don't have the equipment to replace a clutch, so out of curiousity, I called Honest Engine back to make sure they knew my vehicle is 2WD not a 4WD (because this would make a difference in price) and asked why such a big price variation.  He told me that "the other guy knows its 2WD."  What other guy, does this other "guy" know what he's talking about, thinking to myself?  I also asked which brand of clutch they would use (because to me that is important) and he said he didn't know.  Well, I told him, the other place said they would use a Exedy clutch, then he responded with, "I don't know its kinda like going to a different restuarant and paying a different price."  Wow, sounds like I would really go there.  I wouldn't recommend them, would you?
