They were hired by Sergiy Smelansky, dba Modern Home Remodeling and dba Eichler Solutions. The two folks Vladimir Nikolaev and Sergey Guyvoronskiy abandoned the project unfinished. They constantly asked for more money from us (albeit being sub-contractors). Their quality of work was poor - none of the inspections passed and they cut corners everywhere. They didn't even bother to clean up their huge pile of debris in our backyard when they finally dropped the ball.Be warned. Don't ever consider working with them. You would regret it.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-02-10"}]}
