I could not get in to my regular mechanic so I took a chance on Jiffy Lube. I arrived a few minutes before they were to open and they took me in right away. I never got out of my car and they serviced it and I was home within the hour! Super friendly and efficient! And they had several technicians on staff. No shortage of employees and they were able to service 3 cars at a time.","rating":5,"date_published":"2021-16-09"},{"author_name":"swimmer_girl_20","review_text":"I had never taken my car to a Jiffy Lube before and I visited the location on Marconi Ave. out of desperation.  As soon as I drove up someone was there to get my car in for the oil change it desperately needed.  There were quite a few people in front of me so I settled in for a long wait.  No more than ten minutes passed by and a gentleman called me back to ok the work to be done and to sign the quote.  I then decided to have my transmission flushed.  They had the oil change done the transmission fluid flushed and I was driving away thirty minutes later.","rating":5,"date_published":"2008-08-05"}]}
