My husband, sister-in-law and I were all waiting for at least an hour on our food, the people that ordered 5-10 minutes after us had gotten their food 15-20 minutes before we got ours. Our waitress Alicia was hardly there, took her so long to get back to us and she forgot to give us ranch. We had asked her when we had gotten, our already cold, food if we could have ranch. Service can be a tad, okay, more than a tad, slow. If you're in a hurry, you might want to go somewhere else but if you've got time to kill and a hankering for seafood stop by Joe's Crab Shack.
