> I've gone to this cleaners for years.  They've been good, up until now.  I went to pick up my items and to my dismay, one item is missing.  They completely shrugged it off as if I were lying to them and didn't want to even look around for the item.  I got home and checked to be sure that I didn't have it at home and sure enough, I didn't.  I called to let them know and ask them to continue looking and they said they never make mistakes and HUNG UP ON ME!  No profanity or anything was used, so there was no reason for her to hang up on me!  Terrible service and a jacket lost that was worn once!
