I have a conversion van and they sold me light truck or SUV tires.  When I spoke about the brochure they gave me; I was told it was outdated and if I wanted any additional information to go to the manufacturers website.  The tone of voice, and demeanor were insulting .  My purchase was over $600.00 and they could care less about my concerns; and it hasn't even been 24 hrs.
