> The store manager Nicole and customer service rep crystal really took their time to work with me because I didn't have my receipt for an item that did not work.  so they look up the day and time and my credit card number so that I could get an exchange.  they did call the owner to get approval but as long as I could prove the purchase through credit card that allowed it to happen and it work with me thank you very much
