There was quite a lot of dog urine smell throughout the entire house. They treated the carpets but the odor was still present the next day. they came back to treat it two more times at no charge. The last time they fogged the house with a deodorizer, turns out the smell was in the walls, not the carpet and they still didn't charge me. My carpets had a few red stains that my former carpet cleaner was not able to get out. Lyon from Moser Brothers not only got those out, but when a dark area reapeared in the hallway a few days later, he came back and touched it up for free.
