I worked and traveled with this for years.Then I was referred to dr. Neuberger... What a life saver he was. I had my pinched nerve canal cleaned out, a new disc made, my vertebrae lL4&5 straightened and two bars and 4 screws put in place to hold it all together. The surgery took 5-6 hrs. Recovery wasn't pleasant for the first 10 days, but then I stared walking and getting moving and with in  month I was feeling so much better I could not believe what has happened.Now a year and a half later, I work out 3-4 times a week have lost 65 lbs and feel great.
