We were quoted 55.00 for a ride from Sacramento to Airport. When we arrived driver demanded 110.00 plus 25 dollar tip. We refused so driver called John the owner. We were handed drivers cell phone to talk to John and he lied and said he had said 110.00. We then decided to not make a scene over 75.00 and offered to by credit card. Driver demanded cash only. We pulled out 140.00 cash and driver claimed he did not have change in order to pad his tip. I would avoid this company at all cost.Not only is the owner a con but a TAX cheat.Save yourself the money and hassle and do not use this company. *5/9/2012 via Direct* --- **aleem173** - 5/5 > We used Neumann limousine for a dinner and night on the town. The chauffeur arrived early handed out roses to the ladies poured our Champagne and knew his way around the city, even made a few suggestions that made our night truly memorable. They showed up 90 minutes late, ruining our dinner out (leaving at 9pm is really different from leaving at 7:30pm) and charged us anyway! Wow. I have never been so blatantly lied to about a service. The driver said that he had let dispatch know at 6:30pm that he would not be able to make our pickup and the dispatch did nothing about it.
