They do NOT care about their tenants, regardless of whether they are good tenants who pay their rent on time. All they care about is money. Do yourself a favor and NOT rent from them. They won't care if your A/C goes out on a 110 degree day, and will make you wait all weekend, should this happen on a Friday. They won't fix issues related to the shotty work of their maintenance team, and instead, will complain that YOU put in too many requests. I lived in one of their complex's for 5 years, always paid my rent on time, and never had any complaints against me. Did they care that I was a good tenant? NO! And SARAH is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a customer service position, and unfortunately, she is the one who ALWAYS answers the phone. If you have to DEAL with her, be prepared to get attitude and be talked down to. Apparently, she is better and smarter than everyone else in this world! I would have given NO stars if it was an option!","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-28-10"}]}
