He came out the same day to repair a broken spring on our garage door. He was polite and let me explain what the problem was without interruption.His fee to come out was $89 and I thought that was more than fair. His expertise and character is exceptional. He gave us a written quote before starting the work and kept to his original quote.Our garage door is working better than ever thanks to John's efforts. That was very important as I had a tight window to be there. He gave me an estimate and I was really surprised how low the price was. The door was a custom door and I knew it had to be made special. John told me that they make the doors in Sacramento in his shop. He offered to let me come by and see the door being constructed if I wanted. This is so great! I didn't take him up on that because I had a good feeling he was going to get things right. The door took 4 days to make. It looks perfect.
