I visited RC Country a few times in the past month and have brought friends with me as well. We left with some great stuff to add to our garden railroads, enjoyed the huge assortment of everything hobby related and will definitely come back. I've been there a couple of times within a week. The first time I was there she seems pretty rude, almost like I killed her family or something. Today I went back to return some parts I had bought and she shorted me on my credit so I went back and told her and she gave me the credit she shorted me but instead of handing me the gift card, she tossed it. They have the parts I need and have told me to buy the less expensive item because it is better in their mind and what other people have told them. I'm patient and can wait til someone is free. But when I'm standing there for ten minutes and I can see its a social hour to "some" employees there. It's a waste of time. Not to mention I'm still standing there feeling invisible! Can't believe it when the next customer walks right up and gets help first. It's a joke. I'm standing waiting. The next free employee says someone will be with you shortly. Obviously not, because I watched the next one leave the counter to help someone in the aisle. I got livid and about to leave pissed. All I can say is wtf do I need to do to get help around here. It wasn't even busy. No matter how much you purchase or what kind of respect you give them they don't respect you. For example when you purchase a vehicle you wanna look it over these things aren't cheap. Well they let you look at the vehicle and their long face. When you ask them a question they treat you like your wasting their time. They kinda treat you like take it or leave it we don't need your business. However, I will say not everybody that works their is like that. However, a majority of them are like that. So thats why I go to Hobby Town in Folsom and Roseville instead sure its farther but hey better service. My sugestion don't go to RC Country unless its an emergency.
