> RJA is a terrific company to do business with. I had a minor issue with a new system I purchased from them and they could not have handled it better - Professional, courteous, fast and friendly. I couldn't be happier.By the way, I think you should disregard the negative review below. I have no doubt that it's from a competitor who is simply trying to bad mouth RJA. Don't believe them. Call RJA. You won't be sorry.

> Tech has no idea on what he was doing.  Came and told me i need a new unit.  After they left i had callled another company for a second opinion.  Second tech found that my condensor wire was backward.  RJA was trying to rip me off saying i need a new unit when my old one is working prefectly fine.
