> After a boat accident which I suffered 3 spinal fractures & 2 rib fractures, it became obvious I needed a lawyer. A friend recommended Dave. He and his office staff were great throughout the whole process. Explaining everything to me as the process went on. When the insurance company offered very standard offers, Dave quickly let them know they were not acceptable. He held out right up to just before the scheduled court date. Finally after tough negotiations by Dave an acceptable offer was made. We were very happy with Dave and the firm.

> If I could give a lower rating, I would. I called because my mom was in a car accident. He was unsympathetic, told me that there was nothing in it for him, and that he wasn't interested in taking her case. When I stated I would go to another attorney he laughed. I have never been treated in such a manner and I hope that others would be wise enough to stay clear of him.
