Our driver was from Kesh Cab. He was very friendly, but told us he had been told by Sac City Cab the ride was at a 20% discount,  which amounted to the same as a \"non-flat\" fare. I don't know what kind of a \"taxi\" company SCC is,  but it appears to be an \"Uber\" for drivers moonlighting from other cab companies.
