It was ok for my first apartment. Honestly, it was kinda ghetto lol!  There were always bums digging through the dumpsters, there were always people in the parking lot working on their beat up cars, and I even had rats eat through my wall under my kitchen sink. I also heard from some of my neighbors that they had cocroach problems. Although I did have these complaints, the management and maintenance team were outstanding!! Whenever I complained about something, it would be fixed the same day.  The grounds were always kept up nicely and the pool was always clean. But with the complex overall, I wasn't impressed.","rating":2,"date_published":"2008-19-11"}]}
