I have worked as an independent interpreter, in an injured worker case, covered by a well known powerful insurance company, that refused to pay me for my services even 6 months after the settlement, until Mrs. Rutkowski and her courteous and capable assistant Mr. Edgar Pena got involved, free of charge.
