We looked inside to see that the foam was less than the chart on the website. We had to hassle lots and eventually, after we showed them a photo comparison, they had the mattress \"re-stuffed\". It is now great. I realized that the sales people never really looked inside, so they didn't realize that that they were delivering and standing by, was not necessarily what they were selling.","rating":3,"date_published":"2018-12-05"},{"author_name":"paul.bolen.18","review_text":"This is a real cool place. They have the largest selection of futons that I have ever seen in my life. There must be 5 or more sizes of futon frame, and just as many platform bed frames.
