He was prompt and quite nice. After I explained what was going on he got right on it. First he did a video look at the sewer line and explained to me what I was seeing and what was going on down there. He then took the time to explain the different methods in which he could do the job and the pricing for whichever way I wanted to go. I am glad that they sent someone with a great disposition and knowledge base. When I am ready to do this I will be requesting for Brendan to do the job. Unfortunately due to a really cheap landlord I have dealt with plumbing issues 3 times in the last 9 months. trenchless was the first company that has come out and actually made me feel like they actuall cared to help even though my landlordwas being extremely rude to them over the phone. Trenchless just pushed on through just like they did my pipes.
