They are always accommodating and work with our insurance.  The staff are always there to help and the ladies in the dispensing area are always so helpful, (so sorry I cant remember their names now) you don't have to worry about picking glasses out without your best friend to tell you if they are right for you or not.  These ladies are honest and will help you pick a pair just right for you.  They explain everything and let you know what the insurance will cover and what they wont.  The scratch coating and warranty are a good deal if you scratch your lenses they will just order you new lenses and call you when they are in....you can continue to wear your glasses so there is no \"down time\" - no sending you actual glasses off to be replaced! Just come in after they call you and they will swap them out.  My son got contacts for the first time and they were very good about checking him out several times for their fit and he had some eye irritation and she gave him some drops to try and really took the time to follow up and make sure everything was OK.  They didn't just sell us a box and then say OK see you in a year.  They really care! Check them out if you are in need of a eye Dr. give them a call.  They take VSP for sure since thats what we have, but check and see if they take yours too. If you want great service, this is not the place to go. The receptionist is arrogant and rude. They had my eyes checked but would only give me the prescription for contact lens up to one year. Additionally, the contact lens they prescribed was the most expensive one in the lot. So I had to pay way too much for their service and their product.
