I would give this place a negative star if there was an option. Never a star. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly.  He said I didn't need to fill out any paper work until they work on my car. Then he left with 2 little kids and no one replaced him at the front. No communication what's so ever as I waited. They don't know who's next in line, because no paper work taken. Other customers came and left frustrated because there's no one in the front to help them. I left after 2 hours of waiting to get an alignment on my car when the guy told me it'd be a 30 minute wait. What a waste of time. NEver going back.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-02-01"}]}
