> I scheduled my son's first appointment almost a year ago. A few days before the appointment the receptionist called to reschedule my sons appointment because the hygienist would not be available. I had already moved my schedule around and asked if they could at least do his xrays. They were very accommodating and saw my son on the scheduled day.  The xray technician and the dentist were awesome. We rescheduled the cleaning on our way out. Since then, the receptionist reschuled us twice. My son still has not had his teeth cleaned. When I had stated my concern and frustration regarding the number of cancellations, the receptionist became defensive and confrontational. I informed her that I was not going to engage in an argument and asked if I may please have a referral elsewhere. She never once apologized. I am a receptionist for a very busy medical office & would never dream of handling this,  or any, situation in this manor. If this dental office would replace the receptionist, it would be top rated for sure!  Oh, one more thing...The message on their answering machine promises that customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Ha! That's a laugh.
