It took a week to squeeze one single print out of them, and in the end, after I spent $40, I end up with a print of no quality at all, AND the guy gives me attitude! He refuses to give me my money back when we have both clearly defined the error with the print to be HIS ERROR! He admits his fault, but refuses a refund (even partial) and somehow finds the nerve to still be a jerk about the whole thing. BAD BUSINESS, DON'T GIVE THIS GUY THE TIME OF DAY!He printed my photo once, and it was all blurry and messed up, so he printed it again (which I thought was nice at the time).. Two days later I go back in and the new print is almost as blurry and messed up as the first one, but this time no reprint. Just a trip in to his disgusting back office, where we could define the errors as his errors in privacy, so no other customers could hear it.
