This company is a joke. The employee broke the lid and I was told that I had to pay 85.00 for a new one & this was the chance that people take when their employee have to finish digging the hole (which we paid an extra 70.00 for even though the lid was exposed). When I was trying to locate the owner or someone that could act on behalf of the company I was told there was no one available. I sent an email to the company but no one has responded. I am not sure if it is just a coincidence or not but my house smell horrible since the tank was emptied. This has never been an issue previous.","rating":1,"date_published":"2015-28-12"}]}
