We asked for the fish to be crispy. When we got home the fish wasn't anywhere near being crispy and the inside looked liked it was hardly cooked. The chicken was wet on the inside. I give then a fail on the ppl they have on there now. I like that I can request mine be fried extra crispy, and it's not all dried out. It's good fresh fish, not at all salty, like so many other places we've been that do the you buy & we fry. Love the tartar sauce & hush puppies too. I'd give it 5 stars but the fish prices are rather high so you've been warned. The flavor is delicious, not greasy, and reminds me of that good down home cooking in Louisiana- yummy!!!","rating":4,"date_published":"2012-13-07"}]}
