They'll bend over backwards to help you. If you know what you're doing you can get a great deal... PRICE??? It's about value. I found that the owner is kind of a jerk. I won't ask him another question. He does however, have great employees. And they know what they're doing. They'll answer your questions. They'll give you good advice. My advice however? Always buy the best motherboard with the best CPU, highest quality RAM, and the highest quality video card that you can possibly afford. I'm serious... Don't skimp on those 4 areas. CPU cooling is also another issue you shouldn't take lightly. They have some awesome systems you can assemble which would be far better than anything in Bestbuy or Cosco, already built. Granted, you will pay a few hundred dollars more but your value will be hundreds of times greater. I highly endorse these guys, what they sell and how they do business. I did not have a copy of Windows because when I bought the laptop it came with it pre-loaded. I asked PC Word to fix the problem and to save my existing files. They reloaded Windows for $70 and said they would save my files to the new installation for an additional $70 for a total of $140. PC World reloaded Windows but none of my previous files (documents, pictures, or music) were saved. They took care of it right away and I was back on my way within 30 minutes. Excellent service, fast turnaround.
