> The owner (( the owner? Jim) could have sold me a whole new pool cleaner but. Suggested I take it as they might be able to fix it!  Bingo :). $30 later, it was repaired and I bought a couple other small items. It's my pool supply now!

First , They are honest, not only with their customers, but with their subs. If something needs to be done to correct a situation, they do it. No short cuts. As a contractor, that is not always the case. I've enjoyed working on their projects where my expertise was needed and look forward to more in the future.
