My wife recently went in there explaining that she needed an industrial serger for her business, and was sold a baby-loc machine that she was told would work beautifully for what she does and would last the life of her business. Well... 4 months later now with a broken machine, the owner is back pedaling stating that he would have never sold her this machine if he new what she was using it for. She originally went in there with samples of what she makes, and told the guy \"I need an industrial machine for my business.\" The guy is a liar and a fraud. Don't trust him.
