Don't fall victim to the inexperienced so called "technicians" that don't honor they're warranty and are here today and gone tomorrow.SBL Games has been in business for 5 years solid now. The master technician, Steve, has been repairing game systems, cell phones, iPhones, iPads, and other various electronics for nearly 15 years now!He is very up front about the pros and cons of what his repair services have to offer and if he feels it is something that he can't perform, he will not only tell you, but will even refer another local shop that can tackle the repair as needed.Just remember, when you find some supposed repair shop on Craigslist, there is a reason it is cheaper. Because you get what you pay for. I've also noticed that the warranty length that is offered on his repair services are usually 2 - 3 times as long as the competition. You can speak to Steve for just a few minutes and can pick up on his vast technical experience and knowledge. He even simplifies the technical jargon to make sure it is easy to understand what he is discussing.He does require a diagnostic fee of $35 but this goes toward the total repair cost and shows that he knows what he is doing. I also was told that if you get a chance, please leave a review. He pointed out that happy customers fail to leave reviews as they are satisfied with his repair service. So, if he fixes something for you, whether it is an Xbox 360, Playstation 3, iPhone, or a computer please remember to leave a positive review to help him out. I know he is a family man with 2 boys, so he appreciates any and all business that comes his way.
