High pressure to get second and third items \"repaired'. I overheard the management pressuring staff to insist on getting secondary work done by those driving in. Ordered a part for me, and never contacted me. Could not say if it would ever arrive. Owner was extremely rude when asking for an update.  When asking to check when it would arrive, said there was no way to find out if / when it was coming. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't tell me when I'd received it though I asked for it the same day.  Would have been easy as it was a credit card.Never had a worse car experience, don't say I didn't warn you.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-16-08"}]}
