> No kidding. Grace Honda is a joke. After being greeted by striking workers claiming that the dealership is dishonest, the sales staff made me wait forever while they conspired and retreated too often behind closed doors (and large windows) to find ways to take advantage of me. I lost track of the amount of lies and misrepresentations made to me. As a lawyer, I was particularly humored by their frequent misstatements of California law. After spending almost a week trying to move these folks faster than a snail's pace, I was able to reach a deal for a trade-in and purchase of another vehicle. Then the fun began. They tried to get out of providing a smog certification. They tried to get out of paying me the agreed upon price for the trade-in and they tried to get me to sign documents that said one thing while they told me that the documents said something else. STAY AWAY!!!
