Mr. McDonald's work ethic and communication has been flawless.  Assisted by his Guy-Friday, the Donald, he gets the job done.   I haven't had any issues with any of my returns.... even in spite of the face they are complicated.     Robert makes the tax process smooth and fun, so I look forward to our meeting every year.
