I had my car towed to Courtesy Automotive Services.  I was not a happy camper but I have to say what a great experience I had.  Rick and Billy took wonderful care of me - getting me to the rental car place, keeping me informed at each step as to what they found and what it would cost (to the penny, I might add!).  It took awhile to diagnose because it turned out there were multiple problems.  They also checked the work that had been done at the other auto service place.  Not being an under the hood kind of person, I never really know if I'm being taken advantage of.  At Courtesy, I not only received the \"bad\" news, but also a list of a few things to keep checking on over the next few months (and what should and should not have to be replaced).   I have not had many good \"car service\" experiences recently but this one was definitely at the top of my list!
