He is professional, punctual, reliable, fast, thorough and fair. My property manager has used him on many jobs so while he was at my new apartment cleaning the carpets, I asked him to clean a large white upholstered platform bed and mattress. Not only did he give me a great deal but he took precautions with the white upholstery and offered alternatives to where it may damage the bed. He has integrity in his work and cares about the customer’s items and doing a quality job. He went above and beyond getting his equipment into the unit, as it’s on the third floor and this is a challenge not everyone in his field will take on. Gary came out and was on time and cleaned down to the true color (off white!) of the tile and grout.  He had a mess on his hands and it came out beautiful!
