> The real deal for safety technique and fitness.  Learn from a legit Muay Thai Kru and Champion!  American Boxing has been around forever and never allows bad seeds or DBs into its awesome environment.

> Awesome experience and gym! Totally got the workout of my life. Coach Dave convinced me to try Muay Thai and I am glad I did, this workout may seem intimidating but it isn't. Coach Dave ensures that you are safe in a controlled environment and practicing with people that are similar to you in size, which is awesome for us short people who don't want to be paired with a 6 foot person! My body is sore in places I have forgotten existed! Thank you for the awesome session!

> I just joined this gym and I love it!!! The trainers are awesome and everyone here seems really cool. I just train for fitness but while you take class, you can watch the fighters train and spar...talk about inspiration...these guys and girls are awesome!!!
