The best part with them is that they provide custom service according to my needs. The cleaners are nice, and communicative. They didn't oversell me, said I could put a limit on the time they could spend cleaning (first time, I did 3 hours), and it was overall pretty convenient. Definitely a good cleaning job. I've since become a "Regular Customer", and they try pretty hard to send the same cleaners every time - had just a couple of different teams over the months, but I've been happy with the service. My doctor's apparently had the same team for a couple of years now, so it looks like they're consistent. Twice, in all that time, did they actually show up on time and at the right house. I had to correct my address with them 5 times and even after that, half the time the cleaners would show up at the wrong house. Today I was supposed to have them here between 8 and 9 am and it is now 9:44. I have had to speak to the very unhelpful office staff twice this am only to be told that the cleaner was at my house waiting outside. I was standing outside and there was no cleaner. She had gone to the wrong address AGAIN. This after they called me 3 times the day before to confirm with me the time and address. To top it all off there is no management available to speak to until next week. And I haven't even touched on the cleaning. The only time I got an actually thorough job was the very first time I hired them. Since then the work has been less than satisfying. I have a small townhouse for which 2 hours should be plenty. Even so, I still have dust on surfaces and cobwebs in corners.
