Being out of warranty, and not knowing that maintenance on this particular year proved to be more than a frequent occurrence, I started to use the dealer, but that proved to be too costly, and the quality of work was not always up to par. I then started to use Express Tire to save money, but that also proved to be many frequent returns to fix the same problem.I found August European on a Mercedes blog that came highly recommended. The first day I visited Brian he put my car on the lift, and we saw what a disaster Express Tire did, so we started replacing a few parts that were either wrong or assembled incorrectly. To make a long story short, Brian, and Dave spent far more time than I was charged for to locate my problem and found it was a bad sway bar bushing.I can not believe the determination and professionalism that these guys had in finding the problem.
