> Best fish I have found anywhere you just have to be patient. Great things come to those who wait. Expect a waiting that is worth it.

> The only way to get fresher fish is to catch it yourself. Be prepared to wait, the line is out the door sometimes. Don't worry...it will be worth the wait. You choose your fish, how you want it cooked, and what you want with it. You can peruse the menu while you are waiting to place your order. The Ahi tacos are HUGE, the dinner plates come with a large piece of fish, rice and salad (plenty of food)I highly recommend Blue Water Seafood, get out there and try it!

> The best seafood in San Diego. Unusual way to order and be seated but is worth the way unconventional way they do it for the quality of the food . We live in East County and go there about 2 to 3 times a month. Fish is the freshest we have been able to get at restaurants and have never been disappointed.

> Blue Water has to be one of the best kept secrets when it comes to San Diego seafood. I discovered this place just about six months ago, and couldn't believe that in my 6 years in San Diego no one had referred to this place. The menu offers seafood plates and sandwiches, all fresh caught, and there's a fresh seafood counter as well. All sandwiches I've tried have been phenomenal, and the shrimp was amazing as well. The ambience is unique - there's a cute patio with lots of plants, and indoors seating is comfortable as well. The only downside would have to be the long wait during peak hours (lunch and dinner time), but needless to say, the wait is worth it.
