> I'm so happy I was able to achieve my goals. I used to do cardio all the time and I wasn't able to lose any more weight. I still had 30lbs to go and was stuck. That was untill I met Paul. I lost like 4 or 5 pounds the first week with Paul's plan. Paul knows alot about diet and exercise. He's great!

> When I became a client of Paul's in 2002 I was literally crippled with Osteoarthritis. I was otherwise reasonably healthy: swam and used the gym daily.  I was desperate to get in shape for skiing. One or two days of skiing and I washobbling for days. By the end of the season (2003) I was skiing 5 days in a row and feeling strong!The 2008/2009 season is fast approaching and I'm also turning 90 this year.  With Paul's help I plan on skiing for a couple more years! Thanks Paul!
