Once Randi cashed my check, I had to battle with her for 2 WEEKS to get a completed Proof of Service form. I read 5 websites full of complaints about Randi simply not responding to anyone once she cashed their checks! Every time I spoke to her, she changed her story about the date, time and location of Service. When I confronted her on this, she became rude, combative, degrading and the name calling started! I don't think ANYONE is sure Randi is doing her job and if the Respondents are being Served at all!! I finally threatened her with the San Diego Police department and her girlfriend called me to say they were mailing it to me for the second time, after loosing it the first time!! Enough of her! Court Hearings are stressful enough without anyone bringing more grief to the situation!
