The lady on the phone was rude, asked me if i knew what i was talking about, then continued to interrupt me as i was just trying to get clarity on what she was talking about. After the verbal one up's she was doing in our conversation, i finally got out of her that they did have what i needed. But did i want to purchase after the verbal tug of war i just experienced, NO !They may have had the parts, but it was high priced & the lady is rude.Must not understand customer service as well.From a disappointed customer","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-07-11"}]}
