I was traveling overseas and had planned to rent a car to get to LAX but realized the long drive, then parking and taking the shuttle was going to make too much stress, so I decided to call Coastal West Limo. Finding their price was much better than other competing ones I made a reservation which was sent to me in minutes. The driver called to announce his arrival which was even before the time. He was so courteous and friendly that I felt relaxed right away. At the airport he made sure I knew the procedure to check in before he left me. All in all I can say I didn't have a single negative experience. Now it has been a year since that trip to LA and I have used them several times with the same positive experience.
