They do not manage or take care of your property.  I am a former client and the tenants trashed the yard destroying the landscaping and this company stated that it was not their responsibility.  The tenants did over $5,000.00 worth of damage in which the property management company stuck me with the bill.  I am an out of state owner and FBS transferred the utilities into my name and didn't inform me or give SDG&E my address out of state so I have an overdue bill due to them and FBS is claiming that this is my fault and will not pay the bill due to their mistake.  Do not trust this company and they treat their clients and their properties poorly.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-31-08"}]}
