> The Training Club caters to those who are serious about working out.  Just the right size club with state-of-the-art equipment.  The 5:30AM spinning classes the BEST in the WEST!   Karren is a killer 'multi-task' instructor, Mark is an awesome trainer and Joe Gold, 'physical phitness aphicionado' has brought a great new professionalism to the club. He really cares about the members. And now, Markell offers great facials & massages, too. I joined this club almost 10 years ago and found great cameraderie here; not to mention lasting friendships. This is the best gym in Carmel Valley -you've gotta try it!
