She is straight forward and to the point. I highly recommend her for interview prep. She was there for me when I needed her and her guidance was invaluable. Since then, she's been a great resource for me whenever issues come up and I need/ want her opinion or advice. I've used her to help resolve on-the-job and personal issues as well. She's a great combination of caree counselor, coach, and therapist. I was told she's the best in San Diego. Now I believe it. She's been a great find and I hope she never retires! I am sure her guidance made all the difference in how I came across. (I knew I needed help but I had no idea I was so bad!) She helped me reduce my nervousness. I now know what to expect and am much calmer. She helped me anticipate questions which were likely to be asked and she was right on! She gave me an easy way to think about answering questions too. It was clear from the beginning that her techniques were superior to anything I'd done previously. The real prize is that I got the job I wanted.
