First the building is gross, the carpets in the hallway were so dirty and sticky that the dirt stained our carpet inside. The elevators smelled and were always dirty and thats when they worked. Don't let the office people fool you with their cookies, they are rude, incompetent and unprofessional. we saw other complaints before we moved in to be careful of the carpet cleaning fee they will charge after you move out, so to potect ourselves we rented a cleaner and took before and after pics, guess what !! we got a carpet cleaning bill for $370.00 little pricey for a 1 bedroom. the carpet company only charges them 50 bucks .. they are shady. watch out for the parking , they tow you after 1 day if your in the wrong spot. we did not fit in our spot there to small for a mid size suv. all the plumbing pipes run the roof of the garage, guess what! they leak waste water on your car. not joking look up on your tour. but they dont walk you past the bad areas... but the cookies were good. but dont put any in the garbage disposal your not allowed to put any food in them! so what are they for? bottom line is, we moved out after 3 weeks, got charged for carpet cleaning and had to clean pee and poop off the roof of the truck. good luck with them and take pics in front of the office people  that will walk you around. before and after. by the way , i am a proffesional that travels with my job getting placed every three months into different apartments, so i am pretty good at this. why is this place so different.????","rating":1,"date_published":"2008-27-08"},{"author_name":"carebear2003","review_text":"Have you driven by and seen the gray exterior.  Its actually supposed to be white, but the buildings have been neglected by management for quite some time now.  Has anyone heard of property inspection!
