> We have stayed at this La Quinta on several occasions when we visit our son who lives in San Diego.  It is like the other motels in the chain--clean, comfortable, and relatively reasonable.  What impressed us on our first stay was that they allowed us to check in before check-in time.  We had driven all night in order to check out a condo rental in the area where our son would be working once he finished college finals in San Luis Obispo.  We were exhausted and really did not want to nap in the car, and La Quinta let us check in to get some rest--real customer service.  We also like the free breakfasts that come with the rooms.
