> If you're looking for an intense workout and great support, this is the place to go. I joined over a year ago and love it. The group classes are great. There are people of all skill levels in there. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. My first couple of weeks, even the people in the class were motivating me, cause those first 2 weeks are rough if you're not used to that kind of workout. Caine and Daniel are fantastic trainers! can't go a week without them :) If you're committed to reaching your goals, these guys will absolutely help you along the way. They also train my 10 year old.. and she loves them. She tends to have a love/hate relationship with Daniel, but that just means he's doin a good job. Bottom line, this place is smaller, but better with it's old school appeal, supportive trainers, and friendly patrons.
