I am excited to try TRX, it is suspension training and looks like a killer workout.  Membership is really reasonable, everything is included, you never pay or a class or locker or a towel. I was paying a gym membership and $15 a session for yoga now I just go here and it's awesome.","rating":5,"date_published":"2009-19-08"}]}
